James Kelly, a successful businessman dreamed of owning his own janitorial company. His intensive experience as an entrepreneur prompted his decision to start RAVEN CLEANING COMPANY on August 15,1998, while he continued to work his regular job at a large supermarket.

James utilizes many of his management skills he acquired from his corporate job as well as from his successful businesses to start and grow the janitorial company. James emphasized quality of service as one of his primary goals to distinguish his company from the competition. He has seen the poor quality of service during his career and wants to change people's minds to a positive image when they think of janitorial service.
